While using JShowOff inside JQuery Dialog - the dialog is not loading in center of screen

I am using JQuery dialog box to load a div which has child divs inside.
I have applied a jshowoff function on that particular div.
This JQuery dialog is getting opened from various places on the same page.
But the dialog is getting loaded at random position..
if I remove jshowoff, the dialog gets loaded on center of screen.

What could be the reason, and how to resolve this issue?

Any help on this much appreciated
