Improve creation of TrustManagers in SSL configuration #611
Description
By default, if no trustStoreLocation is specified, no TrustManager is enabled for the SSL configuration. This means though that if the user is installing the certificate in the default JVM java install (rare case but valid), the setup will be invalid.
