I am running a simple Java Spark SQL driver using elasticsearch-spark_2.10-2.2.0-rc1 against an Elasticsearch 2.1 server and spark-1.6.0-bin-hadoop2.6. I get the following exception:

Looks you have not added ES-Hadoop to your job classpath and as such, when it is actually executed, it cannot find the ES classes it needs. Having the jar locally / in the driver, doesn't automatically provisions the executing nodes with the jar. With Spark typically this is handled through the `--jars`` parameters when submitting the job.
