ES Hadoop does not retry on HTTP 429

Bulk requests in ES 2.x now respond with HTTP 429 (Too many requests) when rejecting due to threadpool queue sizes.

Confirmed the bug. It's fixed in master (along with a hefty amount of tests to make sure this works properly across the different versions). Thanks for reporting this!
