Parse alias filters at search time

Currently alias filters are parsed only when the alias is created. This results in problems like:

• Resolve now in date ranges in percolator and alias filters at search time instead of parse time #8534 Needing to resolve now at search time
• Alias with filter is not reliable #10135 Inability to support parent-child clauses

This would be solved by simply parsing alias filters at search time instead.
