I don't know anyone that uses the file-based intellij configuration instead of the directory based, but having these intellij specific extensions in the gitignore shouldn't hurt anything. I'll merge this shortly. |

Doesn't have a corresponding issue. Just ignores intellij-idea project files to reduce noise.
