[trendmicro] Upgrade integration would overwrite the integration settings #9813

Step to reproduce:

First adding integration in version 1.8.0
and set the UDP and TCP host from localhost to 0.0.0.0 and port 9003

upgrade the integration to 2.2.0
back to policy and its integration, host and port would be overwritten to localhost and 9510
