[Dataset quality] List of services in summary

In #170492 we introduced a metric about the number of services ingesting logs in a dataset.

Since we don't still have a place to go we would like to show a list of services we captured to show them to the user.
Even when it's not ideal, we can show them a popup listing all the service names we found. (Reference)
