Configure output format to write to ES with upsert #153

I have looked in the code a while ago and I figured it was possible to configure the output format to use upsert commands when bulk writing to elasticsearch.
Which configuration variables do I need to set in order to make it work? I am not using hive, just plain hadoop.

Have you defined the proper mapping? Namely es.mapping.id [1] and es.write.operation 2?
