/copyseed should, if configured or given a certain argument, say the seed in chat as well as copy the seed for the sender.

All of the Minecraft Twitch stuff provided by MCF is still obfuscated and completely undocumented, so this feature is going to require quite a bit of testing and trial/error.

Closing until it is reported that the integration does not work. I spent the past hour looking at all the stream classes, and it should work perfectly fine.
