A lot of online uploading tools use http, would be great if we could add that as an option. Potentially need Post and Get varients. This would allow easier integration with third-party clients: see also, #3, #31

one problem with this is that many tools give visual feedback of somekind, how could we show this from mintUpload? e.g. the virus status in #31
