Move path and view to appropriate place.. users??? Right now just under "Pages"

Also need to consider how this list is populated. Since race reg are tired to USTS registrations, but USTS registrations are tied to the creator, right now I think only the creator of the USTS reg will have the option to pay for race registrations
Could we populate the list by the USTS member #? But then we need to add member # to the user profile I think
