Description

Equinix Metal deprecated facilities in favor of metros in April 2023. At that time, the provider was updated to mark related resource & data source properties as deprecated. As of January 2024, facilities have been (largely?) removed from Equinix Metal; to avoid confusion and simplify code, we should remove the deprecated facility-related properties from this provider entirely.

This could potentially wait until an SDK release exists that includes a fix for equinix/equinix-sdk-go#49, but it could also be done proactively in order to enable Renovate to continue to automatically pull in SDK releases.
