add text, tooltips, or change colors for 'severity' and 'time to fix' icons #134

I find it somewhat confusing to determine which severity icon represents what, as well as the icons in time to fix based solely on their color.

It would be helpful to add text next top icons in drop-downs so that there is no confusion about which icon color means what severity level.
