Currently thebe-lite installs the default service worker from jupyterlite into the user's browser. This include heavy caching that can cause problems for sites that use thebe.

Proposal is to disable the default service worker and provide a customised service worker allowing the filesystem to continue to work while not agggressively caching all assets.
