Add option to change the location of require.js

Context

At the moment there is only an option to change the URL for mathjax and it would be awesome if the URL of require.js could also be changed in the options instead of just replacing the URL in the minified file.

The current URL is: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/require.js/2.3.6/require.min.js

Proposal

For mathjax the option looks like this:

let config = {
mountActivateWidget: true,
mountStatusWidget: true,
useJupyterLite: true,
...
mathjaxUrl: "<url for mathjax.js>",

};
window.thebe.bootstrap(config);

Just adding the option requirejsUrl: "<url>", would be great.
