Adicionado Functional Tests e Test Fixtures. Alterado template do Functional Test(functional_test.rb) e acrescentado o template do Test Fixtures(test_fixture.yml). Acrescentado ao getna.rb um metodo 'default_for_value_fixture' e uma variavel ao attr_view para ser utilizada na criacao do Test Fixtures. Acrescentado ao getna_generator duas linhas para geracao dos templates Functional Tests e Test Fixtures.

Corrigido README. Adicionado funcao para verificar se a rota ja existe, evitando duplicata dos dados no routes.rb
