Updating fcitx-diagnose

Diagnose information insde fcitx-diagnose may be outdated.

For example, the new plasma desktop may no longer read ~/.xprofile. I am not 100% sure about it, but we should do some investigations.

Plasma desktop will read ~/.kde/env/*, which should be added into diagnose information.

Mentioning im-config explicitly may also be a good idea.

Plasma never read it for you. It is the DM manager read it fro you, e.g. SDDM.

Unfortunately people often encounter with problems. The detailed behaviour of SDDM/Plasma/GDM/whatever needs to be analyzed again.

Plasma is irrelevant here. it probably never read .xprofile and shouldn't. All relevant display managers reads .xprofile.
