Container doesn't support padding

Take this JS Bin: http://jsbin.com/rumahewupu/2 (It uses the code from the issue-28 branch to allow for the bottom transition case.)

The problem is that the sidebar scrolls to the very end of the container element even though the container has a bottom padding. Safari 8 respects the padding.
