Curated Smart queue filters

I've only setup smart queues to prioritize video conferencing services such as Zoom, Meet, Facetime, etc

I had to hunt down all the ports for those services, It would be cool if there was community lists that you can set one rule vs having to individually craft rules for any defined ports or unique urls
