How to implement FIFO stacking of toasts with limit of 3

Hello. How to implement a behavior where I have an add-to-cart notification and I only display a limit of 3 toasts. A toast is auto-closing every 4 seconds and if there's a new call to display a new toast but 3 active toasts are still on the screen, the first toast on the stack have to be closed immediately without completing the autoClose duration so that the new toast will be pushed to the stack.
