XML feeds will no longer be updated or hosted by the NVD and any new information will only be published in the JSON vulnerability data feeds.

This is the notice displayed on the NVD NIST website. Please find the link XML-Vulnerability-Feed-Retirement Update

So, Please need to update sources and code for JSON instead of XML.
