knockout core is moving towards es6 with ko 4.0.0 being based on tko.

Footwork will need to convert to be compatible going forward with 4.0.0+

Create new ES6 build process
Investigate split of footwork core modules into separate ES6 modules
Convert footwork modules into ES6 modules/syntax
