This comes out of Issue #43:

Listen to the screenshot dir itself also, and if something changes there, generate and copy a link for it. This way the user can rename files at will, or drop whatever file they want into there and have a link handy.

I'd rather fix #13 and enable sharing on demand. The screenshot target dir is not UpShot's to mess with, but recreating a link is a valid usecase.
