Version 0.3.1 is not installable from pypi (missing files)

The source distribution files for couleur are missing from pypi. There is only the library entry with the description and trove categories and nothing else.

See http://pypi.python.org/pypi/couleur/0.2 which contains files and is what pip tries to install and http://pypi.python.org/pypi/couleur/0.3.1 which has no files available.
