Bundle-NativeCode is not properly supported

The manifest header Bundle-NativeCode is not yet supported by the builder: if Bundle-NativeCode points to native libraries that are not included in a source folder they will not be copied to the project binary folder during build, which means Virgo will not be able to load the native libraries.

As a work-around, either move the libraries to a source folder or keep them in any folder inside the plug-in, but list the folder in the Bundle-ClassPath
