Sparked from a recent discussion with @demerphq around establishing parity among perl and python versions of git deploy. A first step in this area would be ensuring that the functionality matches among the two projects.

Three sub-functions that the perl version implements that the python version currently lacks are the "release", "finish", and "hotfix". Several of the options need to be added to the python version also.
