Console output is not visible, same behaviour for internal console display is not working

Issue description

From time to time (recently 95% of time) I'm getting issues with display on the console.

Steps to reproduce

First case

1. Open application in some repository
2. Run any command which should show console output
3. Console output will not be visible

Second case

1. Open application in some repository
2. Open Console tab
3. Console output will not be visible on Console tab neither

Did this work in previous version of GitExtensions?

yes, I'm using GitExtensions good few years, I didn't encounter above issue before

Diagnostics

It might be related to some Windows update, because I did not update recently GitExtensions and the problem has started occurring only few weeks ago.

As a workaround, you might try to switch to a different console style.

Maybe there has been reported a regarding issue on https://github.com/Maximus5/ConEmu.
