资源推荐为什么不使用具有滑动窗口与半衰指数直方图的vpa算法呢？是出于什么原因考虑呢？

看crane的源码，资源推荐故意没有走vpa的decayingHistogram（滑动窗口与半衰指数直方图）算法。我看evpa是有支持走decayingHistogram这个算法的。

vpa里有两种桶：decayingHistogram和均衡桶。推荐框架的结果不是实时调整业务的，此时用均衡桶的计算结果更加保守，适合更大规模的落地场景。
