[request] keyboard binding for "close all tabs except current"

Would like to propose the addition of a keyboard shortcut for "Close All Tabs Except Current". Currently, this command does not have a dedicated keyboard binding:

A possible key combination for this feature could be Alt + Shift + W.

And it would be better to get "Close all tabs except current" and "Close all tabs" removed from the menu if only one tab exists:
