Standard cell GDS file issue: 2 Diffusion areas must be connected according to CDL #402

Matching CDL file with GDS file is impossible with these 34 cells:

Due to there are some diffusion areas (source or drain) need to be connected together according to the CDL file but it's left unconnected.

These areas should be connected by any layer of metal layers.
