Meant to be executed after #2748 is merged.

We still need to add the manifest manipulation:

  • DASH: SCTE-35: add <InbandEventStream schemeIdUri="urn:scte:scte35:2013:bin"></InbandEventStream> => DASH-IF recommends xml+bin
  • HLS: Add #EXT-X-CUE-IN and #EXT-X-CUE-OUT.
