Add 'get user scripts' to FFX4 add-ons manager #1213

It would be really nice to have the 'get user scripts' link, as in FFX3, show up in FFX4. First though, we'll have to figure out where to put it.

It would be super nice to integrate into the 'get add ons' feature, but I'm not sure how practical that is.
