Add cancel button on settings window

If you have a settings window that contains settings which will be applied by an OK button, there should be an Cancel button too.

The User Script Preferences window does have an OK and Cancel button

There are some discussions about the order of the OK/Cancel buttons, but I think we should use the same order as Firefox uses in it's settings window.
