Show Script Source button should be enabled as soon as the script is downloaded

Issue #1586 disabled the show script source button until the install button is enabled. This is guaranteed to be after the script is downloaded, but is also potentially well after (due to the security based countdown delay for installation). Ideally the show script source button would be enabled as soon as the script is downloaded, just not before then.
