Greasemonkey used to allow scripts to run in about:blank. Version 1.5 appears to have broken that (specifically, it broke my Editable New Tab Page script). I couldn’t track down which commit caused this change, but I also could not find any indication that about:blank was purposefully blocked because of a security issue.

So, if this change is indeed a bug, please restore about:blank’s capabilities. Thanks.

Confirmed broken, and not intentionally.

Load scripts in about:blank again.

Re-fix greasemonkey#1696 which was re-broken in the e10s migration.

Fixes greasemonkey#2108.
