Please complete the following information when submitting a feature request or bug report.

  • Extension version: v7.1.8
  • Browser name & version: Chrome Version 86.0.4240.111 (Official Build) (x86_64)
  • Operating system & version: MacOS Catalina v10.15.7 (19H2)

The extension doesn't seem to remember the per tab settings FOR TABS IN A GROUP across sessions.

To reproduce,

  1. Select a couple tabs (click and shift click)
  2. Right click on the selected tabs
  3. Select "Add tab to group."
  4. If pinned, tabs now become unpinned.
  5. Select a tab in the new group.
  6. Pull down on the extension button.
  7. Select "Never suspend this URL."
  8. Kill and restart Chrome.
  9. Select tab in group and pull down on the extension menu.
  10. "Never suspend this URL" appears as option again (and if you don't select it, the tab will be suspended after a bit).

For those who are not aware, there is great concern that this extension may now be malicious in nature.
You will find a great deal of discussion about this here:
