Settings not applied as expected.

To reproduce:

Create new Firefox profile
Install Location Bar Enhancer
Uncheck "Make the first alphabet of each word capital" (note: translation issue, should be "letter" not "alphabet")
Click OK

Expected behavior:

When refreshing current page, the capital letters should restore to normal.

Actual behavior:

When refreshing current page, the initial capital letters are still present
