Feature-req: ignore global style when specific site style exists.. #143

Instead of excluding specific sites in the global style, I would like to somehow mark the global style and when 2 styles 'conflicts', only the specific style is selected for that site..

Alternatively, it would be nice to be able exclude the global style on a per site basis.
