描述一下此特性

有两种思路：

  1. 手动给文件添加注释并且锁定避免被删除
  2. 可以手动绑定文件到某个文章\页面上，如果这个文章\页面未被删除，这个文件就不能删除

感谢反馈，可以考虑支持给附件打标签，方便搜索。但是手动给附件绑定文章感觉操作上有点繁琐。
