If the ignore_cluster_errors setting is set in localhost, it's not honoured.

pymemcache.exceptions.MemcacheUnknownCommandError: config cluster

I did some debugging, because the setting is popped - when the client is somehow reinitialised the settings doesn't contain the ignore_cluster_errors setting.
