Add and edit shared value sets

I love the "Predefinerte alternativer"! :) When I make a set of alternatives manually, and I know that the exact same will be used on other forms, it would be great to save the set ov alternativer as "Predefinerte alternativer", and when it needs changes I could just update this one place instead of in many different forms. Of course - this should maybe just be possible for administratores or something, for if 354 sets of alternatives are added, it will only be a mess and not helpful at all...
