Say I'm coloring a layer at 40% opacity. Every time I want to use the pipette on it, I have to put the layer at 100% opacity so that the pipette grabs the correct color without applying transparency, and then back at 40% to see how it looks while drawing.
I think an option could be added to the pipette tool so that it ignores layer transparency, similar to existing configurations like the Pixel Perfect line draw in the pen. This would save those these extra steps of changing the layer opacity.
