By making the change in google-wave-notifier.rb you can make google wave's open up in waveboard or any app which recognises the wave: uri protocol

It would be nice to be able to configure this, and also enable the "Go to inbox" option to launch waveboard and go to the inbox.

I think that opening a wave or the inbox with preferred app is one of must have features.
