iOS device model, version and app version

Model Name: iPhone 13
Software Version: 17.3.1
App version: 2024.1 (2024.535)

Home Assistant Core Version

2024.2.2

Describe the bug
Settings | Companion app | Actions | Scene Actions | Select All: This toggle reverts to ON after being turned OFF.

To Reproduce
I believe this is happening when the app is updated.

Expected behavior
User's toggle setting is retained when the app is updated.
