[testnet] Send button in contracts is active without all field data fill requerenments #373

testnet-v1.5.0.144[0c0c287]

Create new contract, fill all fields besides seller deposit
fill seller deposit with value
check and uncheck "same amount" checkbox
Button Send remains active but nothing happens if click it.
would be nice:

save value that user enter and remain it if uncheck "same amount" checkbox
do a requirenments check and block active button mode if some of data wrong
