Description

When there is an error with hyprpm update the error message sometimes tells you to use hyprpm update to fix it which is not right. Also, when a plugin can't get build it tells you can use -v to get more information on the error, even if you used -v.

The log provided shows a case in which itself you to use -v. The error itself can be ignored (I somehow fixed it with a hyprpm reload or some idk). My focus is on the user experience with the error messages and suggestions on what to do.

How to reproduce

For the first case, you can see #5896.

For the second case, you will need to build a plugin that is not able to get build in the newest version of hyprland.
