Requirements

  • I checked the troubleshooting section in the README to verify that I have the latest TrashCard version.
  • I did a search to see if there is a similar issue or if a pull request is open.

Current Behavior

The card does not show up at all on my tablet (Amazon Fire HD10 plus).
The same dashboard and user used on my phone or computer works well and card is visible.
I don't get any error messages or something in the log files and the configuration seems to be correct as it works on all other devices.

image see picture this part is missing on the tablet screen.

Expected Behavior

Card to be visible in the dashboard on all platform and devices

Are you using the Home Assistant App or a browser? And if you use a browser, which one?

I am using Fully Kiosk instead of the app.

I can confirm that. I also have the same problem on a FireHD with Fully Kiosk Browser.

It seams that the Kiosk browser is using the system webkit browser engine which is a little bit outdated on fireos. There is a work around where you can install google chrome, then the Kiosk browser is using this engine, but you can only install Chrome if you have the play store installed, which i think is not what you want on a FireHD Tablet.
I will have a closer look which code feature aren't supported in your cases and then integrate some fixes for that

That workaround helped to fix the issue on my end. As the device is anyhow disconnected from the internet this is a workable solution at least for me. Thank you for the prompt review.

Aside of this I've identified another issue:
When I select 2 days visibility in advance it shows me 3 instead. Same for 1 day it shows 2 days.
