[Feature]: mouse-over color effect for Mushroom-Card Design

Hi there,
I am only using the Mushroom Cards when there's no similar option for the HA default Tile-Card.

I have created a Tile-Card for my trash-collection information and modified it a bit with Card-Mod to use different colors depending on the type of trash... just similar as you're Mushroom Layout does.

Anyway - the Tile Card does have a nice Mouse-Over effect that will change the color of the whole card.

Would it be possible, to implement this to the Trash-Card as well, if it is using the Mushroom layout?
That would create a more even look and feel :)
