Export only Documents with an Annotation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating an export of the project, it contains all documents even those that have not been annotated. While this is great for backup purposes, it is inefficient for processing annotations.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have an option on the export page to only export documents that do not have the status 'NEW', i.e. that are currently being annotated or where the annotation is complete.

You can use the remote API to query the documents and their states and then download only those that are not in the state NEW.
